ABAYTA is designed around a calm, minimal, and neutral palette — travertine, marble, oak, walnut, ivory, and camel. The architecture is modern and spacious, with light wood, warm stone, and generous glazing that orients each residence toward its private outdoor space.
The facade combines metal, concrete, plaster, and wood — deliberately subdued against the Sycamore District's residential fabric. Interiors are specified for durability and quietness: wide-plank floors, integrated lighting, and curated soft goods.
